📦 MarqueeWear Shipping Policy

At MarqueeWear, we ensure fast and secure delivery across India. Below is our detailed domestic shipping policy.

🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

🚚 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Fulfillment time (production + shipping) is usually 3–7 working days, depending on the product.

📦 Shipping Charges (Per 500g Slab)

  • Air Shipping: ₹63.70 (inclusive of GST)

  • Surface Shipping: ₹50.00 (inclusive of GST)

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available across most serviceable areas.

  • COD Fee: ₹40.12 per order (inclusive of GST)

  • All COD orders are prepaid by MarqueeWear to the courier backend. Customers pay at delivery.

🛤 Remote Area Delivery (India Post)

  • For addresses not covered by standard courier services, India Post is used.

  • Shipping for these zones may cost up to ₹127.40 per 500g.

  • Any extra shipping cost is deducted from your wallet balance or invoiced.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery typically takes 2 to 9 business days depending on location and courier performance.

  • Delays may occur during public holidays, courier issues, or remote area deliveries.

🎁 Optional Add-On Services

Enhance your order with premium packaging:

  • Box Packaging: ₹17.70 per item

  • Gift Wrap or Custom Letter: ₹47.20 per item

  • Rush Orders: ₹50 + GST per item

    • Place orders before 9 AM IST to be eligible for same-day dispatch (only for select products).

🔄 Returns and Reverse Shipping

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

📦 Returned Item Handling

  • Returned items are stored safely for 100 days.

  • Reship requests incur a ₹20 handling fee + shipping.

🚫 Return to Origin (RTO)

  • No extra handling fee is charged for undelivered orders returned to MarqueeWear (COD or prepaid).

🔍 Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

  • Tracking statuses may include:

    • Order Processed

    • Picked Up

    • In Transit

    • Out for Delivery

    • Delivered / Returned

📌 Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are weight-based, calculated per 500g slab.

  • GST is already included in all rates.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or external conditions.
