Return & Refund Policy

At MarqueeWear, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • The product is returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

🚫 Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Order ID and issue details

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@marqueewear.com

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and product images

  3. Our team will guide you through the return pickup or shipping process

Return pickup availability depends on your location.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Only size exchanges are allowed for apparel

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • If canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Innerwear

  • Accessories

  • Customized or personalized products


8. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers may be required to bear return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • MarqueeWear is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping if sent without approval
